We also run this combination, and my experience is that nothing gets past Clamav which is a virus on our systems. Several items were flagged as false positives by uvscan, and in several cases where Clamav reported the contents of a message as a virus but uvscan didn't, I kept the message and manually scanned it with each day's updates to uvscan, and found that it was 2-3 days on average before they caught up.

However, I still run both of them...

Paul.
