[Mimedefang] Connecting Clamd via inet socket?

We extended the ClamAV::Client (CPAN) also handle zINSTREAM protocol, it
has worked fine for some years now.

example "code"

while (read block (STREAM_BLOCK_SIZE)) {

}
send(pack('N', 0))
check_for_result
